Best Rate Guarantee Adria Hotel guarantees that you will receive the best possible rate for your desired stay by booking directly through our website.
Discounts are offered for stays of 3 or more nights, and a loyalty discount is available for returning guests.
Please note that promotions and discounts are only applicable to direct bookings, and can therefore not be applied to reservations made via online travel agencies.
In the unlikely event that a better price is advertised elsewhere, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will match it once verified.
Opening Times Reception is open between the hours of 07:00 a.m. and 01:00 a.m. We kindly request that any guests wishing to check-in or check-out outside of these hours please contact us in advance or view our arrival and departure information here.
24 Hour Access Whilst reception is only open until 01:00 a.m., your keycard will grant you 24 hour access to the hotel allowing you to enter and exit at your convenience.
Luggage Storage Guests are welcome to store luggage at the hotel free of charge on their day of arrival or departure.
Overnight storage is available and is charged at £10 per day for large suitcases, and £5 per day for smaller/cabin-sized cases.
Any guest wishing to store luggage for a longer period of time must request this in advance due to limited storage capacity.
Special Requests Adria Hotel will endeavour to meet any additional requirements you may have (room preference, hypo-allergenic bedding, provision of a cot, etc…), however these cannot always be guaranteed at short notice. As such, we advise that any extras be requested at the time of booking, or at the very latest 48 hours prior to arrival.
Accessibility Unfortunately, we do not offer any accessible bedrooms at present, and guide dogs are not permitted. Guests with mobility issues should note that we do not have an elevator and all rooms are accessible via stairs. However, rooms are available on ground and lower ground floors – these are accessible by fewer stairs. Please do not hesitate to contact us to make any necessary arrangements.
Housekeeping A housekeeping service is provided daily between the hours of 09:00 to 14:00. Please note that this service is unavailable outside of the aforementioned hours. Should guests prefer not to have their room serviced, they are requested to hang the ‘Do Not Disturb/Clean’ sign on their door. Guests not requiring housekeeping are still welcome to clean towels and additional amenities from reception.
- Free Wi-Fi internet is available in all rooms and public areas.
- Printing and fax services are available free of charge.
- European and International adaptors can be borrowed from reception free of charge.
- Alarm clocks can be borrowed from reception free of charge.
- Ironing equipment can be borrowed from reception upon request.
- A First Aid kit is accessible at reception if required.
Car Parking Unfortunately, parking is not available on site.
On-street parking is available on Glenthorne Road (Zone A) and surrounding roads (Zones A & K).
- Parking in Zone A is priced at £1.40 per ½ hour, with a maximum of 2 hours per pay and display ticket; these restrictions apply Monday to Saturday between the hours of 08:30 and 18:30.
- Parking in Zone K is priced at £1.10 per ½ hour, with no time restrictions per pay and display ticket; these restrictions apply Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00.
Outside of these hours, on-street parking is free.
Alternatively, the King’s Mall Shopping Centre car park is located opposite the hotel and offers reasonably priced overnight parking.
Family Bookings Adria Hotel welcomes families and children of all ages. We kindly advise families booking 2 or more rooms to inform us at their earliest convenience so that we can endeavour to allocate rooms that are close together, or make any necessary arrangements.
Guests travelling with an infant under 2 years old may request a cot to be provided in the room free of charge.
Children under 10 years old can stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Group Bookings Guests requesting 5 or more rooms are advised to contact us via email@example.com prior to booking in order to ensure the best rate and combination of rooms for your party. Please note, group bookings may be subject to a deposit in order to secure your reservation.
