Your flexi rate booking
If you have made a reservation using our online booking engine? Your card details are only used to secure ther booking no charges will be made prior to your arrival.
If you have made a Non-refundable reservation using our online booking engine? Your card will be charged at the time of booking or soon thereafter.
To prevent fraud we at Adria hotel operate a card pre authorisation process to instantly check card validity.
On making a booking or 7 days prior to arrival, please ensure that an amount equivalent to the 1st night’s stay is available on the account to be pre-authorised.
The process does not remove money from the account but does place a temporary “hold” on funds for between 7 to 10 days. After which the “hold” is released.
Should “pre-authorisation” of the card fail. We will attempt to contact you by email or SMS allowing you 24 hours to contact your bank or provide alternative card details.
Failure to respond to our ‘Pre-Auth Failed’ message may result in your reservation being cancelled so please do not ignore it.

Please be aware no charges are made to the card prior to arrival unless it is a non-refundable booking or you request to pre pay, on behalf of a third party, see third party payment policy below.

Your card must be presented upon arrival to complete / confirm payment; your details will be required as security against your room in case of any damages.
All credit card payments are subject to a 3% admin charge. Payments via debit card will not incur charges. Please note, there is a minimum spend of £15 for card payments.
We do not accept American Express, JCB or Diners Club cards as payment.
Third party payments
Cardholders wishing to pre-pay a reservation or pay on behalf of a guest must notify reception at least 48 hours prior to arrival, and will be required to complete a third party authorisation form. Please note that the card holder will be held liable for any damages unless otherwise agreed by the guest.
Cancellations must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to 14:00 on your check-in date, cancellations received after this will be subject to a charge.
- If cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled late, 100% of the first night will be charged, inclusive of card processing fees where applicable.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged, inclusive of card processing fees where applicable.
- Non-refundable bookings are charged immediately and can not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
In order to cancel any reservations made via an online booking agency, you must contact the agency directly as we are unable to process cancellations on your behalf. Please make sure you have your booking confirmation number ready so that your request can be processed swiftly.
Check-in is from 14:00.
- Early check-in can be requested but is subject to availability. On your date of arrival, you may store your luggage at reception from 07:00 until your room is ready.

Check-out is at 11:00.
- Early check-out can be arranged at reception.
- Late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge subject to availability. This must be booked on the day of arrival.
Alternatively, luggage may be stored free of charge at reception on your check-out day and may be picked up later that day.
Adria Hotel is committed to providing its guests, visitors and employees with a smoke-free environment for their utmost comfort; therefore we kindly request that our No Smoking policy is followed within all internal areas of the hotel.
Guests are welcome to smoke in the hotel’s courtyard providing it is at a distance from any open windows.
Adria Hotel is open to guests of all ages, however, guests must be over the age of 18 in order to make a reservation. In the event that a booking is required where the primary guest is under 18, we kindly request that you contact us in advance for assistance.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, Adria Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any person acting in a disorderly manner. This includes guests who are smoking in the building, guests causing a public disturbance or guests that refuse to make full payments. Any guest who causes any damage within the premises, negligently or intentionally, will be liable for any resulting costs.
Adria Hotel is dedicated to ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. As a result, each room is equipped with a small electronic safety deposit box; Adria is not responsible for any lost personal items.
Should any personal belongings be forgotten at the hotel, we will endeavour to contact the guest with a view of returning the items at the owner’s expense. Any forgotten items that have not been claimed within 30 days of check-out will be discarded.
